Anna Molloy
1995-2008
We are saddened to share that Anna Molloy, 12, daughter of Pete and Julie Molloy, passed away on July 31, 2008. Born with the genetic disorder Geleophysic Dysplasia, Anna lived her life with a giant and couragous spirit. She had an amazing sense of humor and kept everyone - including her dad, mom, and brother Peter - on their toes. Anna had an impact on everyone she came in contact with, and had a great desire to make sure other kids with special needs were taken care of. Anna was known and loved by many, and inspired the establishment of the Anna’s Celebration of Life Foundation. Her spirit and her smile will be missed by all who knew her, as we continue on with her efforts of helping to ensure that area children with special needs are afforded the joy of celebrating their “specialness.”
